  • Purpose of collection and use: membership registration, performance of obligations under the Customer Management Agreement (delivery of goods) and provision of other services, conduct of survey such as confirmation of customer satisfaction and preference, analysis of the survey results and improvement of services, and utilization of statistical data
  • Period of retention and use: until withdrawal from membership unless otherwise required by laws and regulations to preserve such information
